Key to success

Keeping in regular contact with all of our clients and our staff is our key for success. Should your requirements change, we can make the necessary changes right away.

Your cleaning contract will be assigned to a local, experienced Contracts Manager who will oversee the cleaning work conducted and provide 1 to 1 management of the contract. Your contract manager will be responsible for reporting any issues that arise as well as implementing and executing resolutions and work plans. This is further supported by our Customer Service Desk based in our Head Office, providing urgent response via phone or email if required.
