This is a varied and hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Lead, manage and support teams of cleaning operatives
• Ensure all sites meet health, safety, and quality standards
• Carry out audits, stock checks, and timekeeping using digital systems
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and staff
• Identify opportunities to enhance and grow our services

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar management role within the cleaning or facilities industry
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Full UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
• Willingness to travel extensively across England
• Confident using Office 365 and open to learning new systems

We're looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Assistant to work closely with our Area Manager, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting the Area Manager with delegated tasks
• Visiting client sites to support cleaning teams and check standards
• Covering cleaning duties where required
• Helping with recruitment tasks such as interviews and inductions
• Supporting with stock checks, site paperwork, and audits

What we’re looking for:

• Someone organised, reliable, and hands-on
• Able to adapt to different tasks – no two days are the same
• Good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
• Full UK driving licence (essential – travel required)
