Denma Cleaning Services is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of client sites throughout England. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Lead, manage and support teams of cleaning operatives
- Ensure all sites meet health, safety, and quality standards
- Carry out audits, stock checks, and timekeeping using digital systems
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and staff
- Identify opportunities to enhance and grow our services
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar management role within the cleaning or facilities industry
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Full UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
- Willingness to travel extensively across England
- Confident using Office 365 and open to learning new systems

We're looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Assistant to work closely with our Area Manager, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Area Manager with delegated tasks
- Visiting client sites to support cleaning teams and check standards
- Covering cleaning duties where required
- Helping with recruitment tasks such as interviews and inductions
- Supporting with stock checks, site paperwork, and audits
What we’re looking for:
- Someone organised, reliable, and hands-on
- Able to adapt to different tasks – no two days are the same
- Good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential – travel required)
